Equal Housing Opportunity
Fair housing
Everyone gets the same service, the same information, and the same access to every home.
My commitment
I follow the federal Fair Housing Act and Massachusetts anti-discrimination law (M.G.L. c. 151B), and I support equal housing opportunity for every buyer, seller, and renter I work with.
Federal law prohibits housing discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, and familial status. Massachusetts law covers additional protected classes, including sexual orientation, veteran or military service, and receipt of public assistance such as rental vouchers. The Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD) publishes the full list.
What that means in practice
- I'll show you any home you're interested in, anywhere, and I won't steer you toward or away from a neighborhood.
- I don't describe neighborhoods or schools by who lives there. I'll point you to objective sources, such as commute times, public school data, and municipal information, so you can decide for yourself.
- When I help sell a home, every qualified buyer and every offer is treated by the same standard.
- If you have a disability and need an accommodation to work with me or to use this website, tell me and I'll make it work.
If you believe you've experienced discrimination
- Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination (MCAD)
- U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Fair Housing
